Okay so what we mean by serious is gathering dedicated members to join us in PvPing for "The Aldermari Dominion" Our goal is to form groups inside the guild dedicated to certain things in PvP such as

it happens all the time, much less cause it to be unplayable unless it's PvP where it really matters big time. I'm not from NA and my ping is at its best 200ms and it's definitely not unplayable

Even the "casual" players know about those issues, it just does not affect them as much, lag and ping spikes in overland does nothing

the servers that are the problem, as people would have others believe. Your location to the servers can affect your ping but most importantly your CPU affects matters more. It's being overwhelmed with

. (Server crashes and high Pings!!)
Bugs - LOTS of them and ZOS won't do anything to fix them other. (Group finder for starters)
Grind Grind and GRIND - farming for weapons in trials/dungeons can be tedious
