Glyph help

I'm sure this question has been answered before but i cant find it no matter how much i search. I'm a cp 162 player. I was all excited to be out of scaling and went to craft new gear i made one blue and one purple cp 160 longsword and i went to attach my superb drain glyph when i look at the glyph it says it does 1900 damage and restores 861 health, but when i try to add it to my weapon it does half of that.

Can someone help explain this to me.

One handed weapons only get 1/2 the glyph values for weapon glyphs. If you put it on a two handed weapon, bow or staff, then it would give the full enchantment value.

Dual wield weapons are 2x 1 handed weapons.
