I don't know where go, what to do. I leave the Hollow City head west to the moonless walk, something is supposed to be going on there...what? Is there something I'm supposed see? Is there something I should have?

following side quest should lead you to the 3 main, and if it is first walkthrough, they are actually good... > go near the stables in the direction to the mine there is the first side quest.

minimum required with spoilers
!. pass next to the mine, near the library there is abandoned camp and backpack (or journal?) and follow the marker, (sword on the ground direction?), speak with someone, go again..... (highlighting a points at the quest as it is usually a pain - follow shadow killer(?) either cross the bridge > take light > see the runner > follow >
or cross back the pond (something as 20 degrees angle from the bridge) between the trees and enemies, run on your horse, after reaching first ruins go left-up and meeting point should be behind some big rocks... side with elf/human ask/persuade(?) > kill the lama queen)

2. go from the right door of hollow city at almost symmetrical location
after finishing this quest third door should be open to go up.
