Pre-Purchase gold road collection can i play the game now ?

if i Pre-Purchase collection edition will i be able to play the game now or have to wait to june ? also for new player should i just buy the standard not sure what is the right move or what to buy.

if you buy the collection you should get all chapters plus the new one when it drops next month. So yes. you could play now

there is collcetion necrom for 30 $ and pre purchase gold road for 37 $ so i am abit confused

You need the Collection, not the simple Necrom version.
Two weeks and will be one Collection with every Chapter including Gold Road to. But no preorder bonus, if you want it.

If you scroll down to the description and read it, it says

Players pre-purchasing the Collection editions can jump into the base game or any previous Chapter right away.

So if you want ALL the chapters, then you should go for Collection: Gold Road. It gives you all of the currently released chapters immediately, and the Gold Road once it releases.
