Necrom Collection, but cant choose chapter?

I bought the Necrom collection, which includes all previous chapters. However at the end of the tutorial i only have one portal that is open. I checked the ingame store and it indeed says i already purchased greymoor, high isle, etc. Is this bugged or have they streamlined the start of the game to chronological order? cant wrap my head around what to do

The devs changed it so new players have to start in the original story zones, rather than being able to choose an expansion location from the beginning. If you make a second character the portal to Necrom may be available in the tutorial.

see above and just go through it, find a wayshrine, you should be able to port to whereever you like from there.

Under your "Collections" wich is bound to "U" you can start all dlc quests you have access to.
