Best Dragon Knight build for an Imperial Player
I do not have access to the official ESO forums yet, so I am posting this here.

What is the best Dragon Knight build for an Imperial player? Can someone point me in the direction of some build sites?

If you are running imperial and intend to maximise your racial advantage, you want to get into a tank or melee ranged stam build (health and red diamond). Can easily reach 3.5k+ health which is quite a healthy amount for tank (v14). In which case, you want to level 1h+s and possibly 2h or restro.
Sample bar could be Puncture (whichever morph), Razor Armour, Absorb Magic, Green Dragon Blood, talons and Corrosive Armour. You could put on Inner Fire for ranged taunt on your off bar, run something like Mutagen, cinder or something for support.
That said, you could easily make changes for dw oriented dps, run something like flames of oblivion, whirlwind, cinder, drop standard whenever and etc. Or just go with caster like most people.
You might want to adopt a different skill rotation for different dungeons/trials depending on the boss, adds, group composition and gears that you can use. This will change again when you PvP, for which case, you might want to consider destro for your off bar.

Thank you, should I dump most attribute points into health then?

For tank role, yes. For other roles, the health racial bonus for imperials implies that you could get away with something like a 3:2 health to stam or mag distribution. For other roles, you want at least 3k buffed for DSA/trials; you can get away with less when experienced. More health in general, means a slightly higher chance to get away with a mistake here and there.
