Drunken personality Run/jog not working

me and my partner just acquired the new personality drunk, however the walk keeps us swaying but when we switch to run/spring it acts like the standard/base personality is this a glitch as it shows drunk running/jogging in the preview on the crown store.
does anyone know to fix this or is it a dev issue?

you cane hope for zos to fix animations(someday)... or remove speedbufs from green cp tree...

notice that all personalitys run/jog functions dont work at all while steeds blessing champ skill is applied....

yeah heard its been like this for years @pepoma6inata imagine sellin a product that doesnt work bad business model as well as its grounds for law suit due to selling a product that doesnt function as intended:P

A temporary fix is to remove/un-slot "Steed's Blessing"
in Champion Points (that's what I did) or any other speed
buff you may have... I think there's one that comes from a
mundus stone and then there's certain armours that also
give a speed buff. It's not the best but at least the drunk
running animation will then work as intended. However,
sprint doesn't (shift-w)... I'm not sure if that's intentional
or not. They really should fix this though since we're paying
real money for it but I've seen forum posts regarding this
from 2-3 years back, so I doubt they will do anything..

I would ask support for a refund if that's the case, pretty sure they're gonna accept because of false advertisement and if people start refunding then they're gonna have to fix it. Such an incompetent company...
