Group finder EMPTYYY???

Is this game dead already? Cant find a group in the whole world to do any veteran dungeon? For real? Vr6 btw.

The LFG tool is broken. It just does not work.
Got 5 mates and myself, all looking for one vet dungeon, all the same level (V14) 2 marked as healers, 2 marked as dps and 2 marked as tank to see if it would group four of us. We all joined the LFG tool at the same time

2 hours later nothing.

SO its just broken and don't use it. Zone chat for the win

yeah i allways use chat to start a dungeon.

but they need a servervide looking for group chat.

LFG tool has been broken and left unused by almost everyone since the original launch. Just use zone chat.

signed up as healer and its kinda working. (at lvl 11)

i think the big problem with the tool is that people think its not working so they dont use it.

There are three reasons why it does not work well
(1) It will only group you with players 0-3 levels difference (Note: VET toons are all classed as L50, so this is annoying cause a V14 does not want to group with a V1)
(2) Under the LFG tool, you can mark yourself as healer, dps or tank, most do not do this,and therefore marked as none and never get a group
(3) A group needs 1 tank, 2 dps and 1 healer. Very few people under L50 want to tank, so most groups are waiting on a tank

The LFG is not broken. It completely works. It's just that no one uses it. If people used it, it would work. The recent console beta forced EVERYONE to use the LFG tool. It worked flawlessly.

If more people use the LFG tool, it will work more. And you can stick to preferring zone chat for group finding, but even that isn't immediate. I observed a poor bloke not getting anyone for a good thirty minutes.

ESO wasn't available on steam for several months at launch. Don't believe steam is a major part of the player base
