I purchased a pack for 3000 crowns and i'm having a problem redeeming it on the eso website. Everytime i enter the code i get a msg saying ''You do not qualify for this product''

thats exactly my issue ..... can't get crowns out of my key for nearly a week now ...

Those who purchased their copy of The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited on Steam can purchase Crown Packs from the Steam store. Once you have purchased the pack, you will receive a code to be redeemed on your ESO:TU account. and that is exactly what i'm doing the whole time with the same result.
i bought just this one single pack, so it cant be that the code was already used.
what else ca i do?

That's exactly what i'm doing but i keep getting the same error "You do not qualify for this product" everytime i try to redeem the code.

Ok so what i did was i redeemed my tamriel unlimited key on the eso website, then chose no subscription, then i was able to redeem my code for my crowns, hope this helps :)

ohhh damn, i totally forgot to tell you guys what went wrong in my situation ....
i bought the game before it was on steam, so i got a key for the game itself which is NOT compatible with the crown key's sold by steam which i wasnt aware of.

hope you guys wont make the same mistake ;)
