Players who have an APU as well as a dedicated graphics card, and are experiencing a blank/black screen or a crash after pressing Play can try the following:
Navigate to C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\Live or C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\LiveEU
Open the UserSettings.txt file
Find the lines SET RequestedNumJobThreads and SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads and change their values from "-1" to "0".
They should then look like this:
SET RequestedNumJobThreads "0"
SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads "0"
Save the file.
Players should then try to launch the game again.
If there is no usersettings.txt in your folder you will need to create one. You can do so by doing the following:
-Open up notepad and create a new text document
-Paste the following information into the notepad:

Hi @Hikoh,

You should try to run the game as an Administrator. To do so:
→ Right click the ESO:TU launcher icon
→ Click on the tab "Properties"
→ Click "Run as Administrator" at the bottom of the window

Please tell us if this solved your issue. We'll be glad to help you further.

also the file you have to make should be named "UserSettings" the .TXT isnt needed so long as your computer knows its a text file (I.E-word, notepad or other such)
