Elder Scrolls Online - Retail Imperial Edition, problem with DLC's
OK, so I purchased the Retail Imperial Edition through Steam straight off the bat, created an account with ESO, used the CD Key to download and then register the game in my account and playing it fine (love the game).

However I don't have access to the Horse and Familiar within the game. It says in use the CD Key you got, but I don't have additional keys beyond the one for the RIE to enter into my account with ESO to redeem them.

Can anyone point out what I'm dong wrong please?

buy your horse for one gold at the stable in your starting area

they familiar (minipet) scould come ingame mail when you first login and horse you buy for 1 ingame money at stable in starting area
