Sure you might not like them, that's fine. But they are by no means the only race in the lore that has done or will do these things.
In case of ESO, there is Malaba Tor location, where author used wood orcs as mayor hostile forces (not main antagonist). And yes, this location use orcs as bloodthirsty villains, with few exception. But it is one location and bad writing.
Orcs in Tamriel aren't more aggressive than other war like or expansionist cultures, nords, imperials, redguards or dunmers. And they are less aggressive than most non playable cultures.
