You can get the bite from another player for free. No need to buy it. Go to The Rift to vampire shrine (Map Pins addon can show this location) and ask in zone chat.

ED: about your question. you can use search in the crown store. type vampire in this case. Vampire Curse can be found in Upgrades -> Skill lines.

A bite is for free indeed. The Crown store does offer a full 10 points skill line, together with a 'bite'. This way, you can go ahead full speed with your vampirism.
