Crowns missing from 12 month ESO Plus Purchase

I am new to the game and purchased the 12 month subscription to the ESO Plus. It is supposed to come with 19800 crowns. However, I only have 500 crowns showing in my account. I have not spent any. I have opened a ticket already - but wondered if anyone else has had similar issue, and how was it resolved?

I had it happen and had to prove it to them,i had to show them that i bought it through steam..they dont take screenshots as proof.

My last sub renew, I covered for the year and only got 9K Crowns. It just wasn't worth trying to recover the other 5K tho.
A few times my purchases didn't ever show up at all, but the Crowns were deducted.
They weren't huge things I bought, thankfully.
But I do have to say I did start a ticket for one no-show and actually got a phone call from a live person who sorted me out straightaway, solved the issue in real time while I was in-game.
That one, it turned out, was a fault on my end, an ID-10-T issue.....
