Lore and immersion breaking mounts and skins don’t make Tamriel feel “real” it makes it feel off and not fitting of the world we played form Daggerfall-Skyrim and read in 2 novels.
Unfortunately this is an mmo so you are stuck seeing other players. There is many mmo hoppers (you don’t know how many people I’ve talked to who who haven’t even played Skyrim or even knew what tes was ) who come from shooter games and other stand alone crap mmo games like wow which have a garbage lore and world so do they don’t care they just want another game to compete in. These are the types who use flashy mounts and skins and break the lore for us tes fans because they never cared in the first place.
My advice just do the quests for the lore and if you are a big tes fan. Than move on to another rpg until tes 6 comes or look too wayward realms made by the og tes team (arena and Daggerfall ) I think it would will be far superior.
