ESO support arnt very helpfull LOL
I have legacy account (about 7 years old) I no longer have access to the email address used upon creation but have everything else.

Would they help me, would they frell. Every time that asked me for information It would be reliant on me having access to the email address which I specifically stated I did not and that was the reason for my ticket.

I could answer some but for real "what was the last thing your purchased from the store 7 years ago....."

I understand they need to be careful but they just following scripts, I doubt the end person is even Human these days. Also found a vulnerability in there process which they refuse to acknowledge :P

closed down ticket as soon as they could lol.

Got a suggestion to unsubscribe from promotional emails, that will stop pesky marketing mail from still coming through...

it's a tadge more concerning than that.

They not grasping the situation at all. They must be AI bots surely...
