As a long time GW2 player I'm shocked ESO doesn't have them. GW2 must make at least a billion dollars a year on cosmetic capes alone.

The devs read this post. Servers now down adding Cloak section to crown store.

The engine can’t support capes. I also find them extremely goofy blame corny ass marvel for ruining it. I guess if it was like Daggerfall style cloaks over armor but actual capes is super silly.

A few flags is not the same as multiple characters with dynamic movement. The game care barely hold up on its own 2 feet with what it has, also many of them are glitching and not even moving

If WoW could do it, so can ESO. WoW just had the cape copy the movement of a robe, magically held away from the body by about a foot.

eso game engine is trash sadly it was have on beta they removed cause of performance.

I can’t hide crotch flaps or hip flaps what make you’d think they’d add a plaster cape first of all and second make it able to hide ?
