if you didnt know nobody comments mean anything, and if they do you get banned (on official forums)

So you really should just assume to hear nothing further until tomorrow or the next day, at the earliest. Be aware that the announcement says the discount is supposed to run till the 24th.
Not everyone on Steam, or in gaming overall, is a kid living off their mom's wallet and I personally have enough power at my disposal to actually make a change. Still, coming to this forum is such a treat, it's like circus only I don't need to pay to watch all the clowns.
Please, continue living in whatever dream you are living in, and I will continue doing my job.
Nice attempt at being witty, but no. It's a major holiday weekend, and that means disruptions in normal operations, for most businesses.
Yes, I'm a TES fanatic, what about it?
I've been playing since closed beta and I'll still be playing long after you've moved on to troll some other game. ;)
BTW it's not just ZOS that's off, I fully expect that Valve is also on holiday.
I'll keep playing what I like to play, aye. Unapologetically. :)
ZoS didn't lie, ANY non-ESO+ player can get a membership half off - and that includes players on Steam who previous had a subscription. However, they didn't tell the complete how-to either. Whether or not this was intentional, you decide.
For Steam players who previously had a monthly membership, you will need to go to their website (elderscrollsonline.com), link your Steam account, and subscribe there. ONLY THERE will you get the 50% off bonus. Resubscribing through Steam will charge you full price.
I can confirm this works myself. Even with a subscription membership previously done through Steam, doing it through the site activated ESO+ for half off. Just make sure that if you don't want it to auto-renew, you'll want to cancel it through the site, and not on Steam.
