50% Off ESO Plus Offer not working
Hi all,

I thought I might ask if anyone else has this issue too?
I resubscribed as the ESO socials advertised a 50% off ESO Plus membership and even though it's advertised on Steam too I didn't get the deal after subscribing. I double checked and it IS the 30-day membership.

They didn't mention that it's for new subscribers only on their socials.

Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated :)

they scam low iq players for over 10 years, nothing will change

Your comments are more salty than mine but not aimed at proper direction. Why do you feel like offending players? It is not our fault ZOS cheats and lies, but this time they crossed the line. You'd better do something constructive and if you are unable to, keep silence because your comments do nothing.
As the situation is still not resolved, I have reported this to EGBA. This seems more reasonable than yapping about "low iq players".
whos fault it is then? lol
if you didnt know nobody comments mean anything, and if they do you get banned (on official forums)
low iqs buys that = zos will keep doing this, same in game development
doubt ppl will care about your report
For those unaware, ZOS_Kevin replied on the announcement thread that they're working with Valve to address this issue, but I really want to stress that it's Easter weekend guys. The employees at ZOS are obviously off work and enjoying the holiday with their families.

So you really should just assume to hear nothing further until tomorrow or the next day, at the earliest. Be aware that the announcement says the discount is supposed to run till the 24th.
judging by content they make its weekend everyday for them
I have the same "bug" on Steam, it's appear the promo price first but It redirects me to the monthly subscription type and shows the official price instead of the promo price

Not everyone on Steam, or in gaming overall, is a kid living off their mom's wallet and I personally have enough power at my disposal to actually make a change. Still, coming to this forum is such a treat, it's like circus only I don't need to pay to watch all the clowns.
Please, continue living in whatever dream you are living in, and I will continue doing my job.

Nice attempt at being witty, but no. It's a major holiday weekend, and that means disruptions in normal operations, for most businesses.

Yes, I'm a TES fanatic, what about it?
I've been playing since closed beta and I'll still be playing long after you've moved on to troll some other game. ;)

BTW it's not just ZOS that's off, I fully expect that Valve is also on holiday.

I'll keep playing what I like to play, aye. Unapologetically. :)
OP if you see this, please mark this as an answer to help others.

ZoS didn't lie, ANY non-ESO+ player can get a membership half off - and that includes players on Steam who previous had a subscription. However, they didn't tell the complete how-to either. Whether or not this was intentional, you decide.

For Steam players who previously had a monthly membership, you will need to go to their website (elderscrollsonline.com), link your Steam account, and subscribe there. ONLY THERE will you get the 50% off bonus. Resubscribing through Steam will charge you full price.

I can confirm this works myself. Even with a subscription membership previously done through Steam, doing it through the site activated ESO+ for half off. Just make sure that if you don't want it to auto-renew, you'll want to cancel it through the site, and not on Steam.

this, works well on their website having logged with the eso account (That's linked to steam) and not having a current eso sub. 6, 49 euro.
same here
another problem is some ppl if buying from official eso site, its little more expensive, not really 50%. thats the same reason many eso player always prefer sub and buy from steam.
