Update 45: Disguises Converted to Collectibles

I noticed most of my past acquired Disguises items appear on my Collection tab now. But the actual item still remains in my Inventory. Can I delete them now while retaining the disguises in my Collection?

But there seems to be a bug with the Disguises. New ones I acquire doesn't seem to appear under my Collection tab. Anybody can explain how this works now?

You unlock them as quest rewards from quests that made you use that disguise
You can destroy the items in your inventory but i do think you have to play the quests again on an another character to unlock the disguises you didn't get yet

Makes sense that the Disguises will disappear on a different Character who have not yet tackled the connected quest yet. I guess if I picked up a Disguise item and placed it in my Inventory before accepting the related quest, the Disguise will NOT appear on my Collection? I have to complete that quest first?

I wish they just automatically made the Disguise appear under Collection upon pick up regardless whether a quest is completed or not to make it simpler.

Some of them were not converted to collection. Goblin "polymorph" from stonefalls(?) and flies aura from Greenshade.

You need to complete quest, not just pick disguise.
