Stamina/Magicka vs weapon/spell damage?
I saw somewhere that there was a conversion ratio of like 10.5= 1 damage. Is this still the case? Right now on average, I'm running around with about 33k magicka and about 3600ish weapon/spell damage. Not sure if this is great, decent, or God awful at this point. Still experimenting for a good damage output for pve.

"meta" amount of mana/stamina is ~30k+ with food and ~5k spell/weapon damage with 1 major sorcery/brutality
Might have to dumb that one down for me. Not sure what meta means here.

most effective at the moment
Ok, so since this is my unbuffed stats, I'm doing pretty decent?

if you have 33k mana without mana food then thats too much, guess you wear necropotence
3600 spd with a buff will be around ~4.4k, its a bit below meta but totally okay for most content

5 pieces of Julianos, 4 magnus, 3 queens elegance.

if you want good damage go 5 order's wrath, 5 new moon acolyte (or julianos if you cant manage resources). Helmet or shoulders is slimecraw 1 piece. All medium, 2 daggers + fire staff. All crafted except for slimecraw so basically zero gold cost, just make sure your weapons are yellow if you dont plan to switch them for some time
For one of my characters I was thinking possibly red eagles fury. I mostly rely on my weapons anyways. Is that one pretty good?

its okayish but still i would choose new moon since you probably use non weapon skills anyways
My second character I'm going melee for that set. Dual wielding/bow

I do really like that new moon set. 0.0 9 traits though...♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥! Gonna be a while. 😆
For what content do you want damage for? I wouldn't be so hasty with the cost increase sets. Orders Wrath as mentioned, Draugr Hulk, Necropotence, Clever Alchemist, Oblivion's Edge, Sentry, Deadly Strikes, Ravager. These all increase damage without dipping into your resource economy.

just ask someone to craft, it will cost like 20k gold full purple with purple glyphs
That's true. But I'm having fun with researching and all that. Grinding and repetitive tasks are kinda my thing. 😆

as for traits there is nothing skill based, you will just have to wait for ~1 year to learn all traits (assuming you use research scrolls everyday)
