Nirnhoned vs infused vs sharpened?
Right now I'm using dual maces and a bow, all with sharpened and weapon damage enchantments. Is it better to just use elemental enchantments and infused, or weapon damage and nirnhoned, or any other combination? I'm looking for a good combination for pve.

with dual wield many like to go nirn on the offhand, shrp or precise on the main hand.
personally, i use infused for jewelry but not weps.
also, unfamiliar with dual wielding in general. do the damages from each mace add together? like if they both do 1200 or something, would they combine to a solid 2400 for abilities? or each one does separate damage? same question for enchantments too...

2 daggers are best for pve, sharpened is useless since tanks should give max penetration, according to esologs current meta is nirnhoned + infused, but i also see nirnhoned + charged jewelry was always bloodthirsty, armor is divines
make sure nirnhoned weapon is in "right" hand, i dont remember which slot is it, i think it should be left slot on character window (just check which slot gives you more damage, thats important)

Sharpened increases all damage dealt if the target has armor to bypass. Nirnhoned increases both attack damage and healing abilities. Infused can imply a miriad of things - if infused with a Weapon Power glyph it can function like a stronger Nirnhoned and with other glyphs it can activate the enchantment damage effect every 2 seconds. Infused works best on secondary weapons as their effects will persist as you barswap.
So, if I was to do infused+ weapon damage glyph, might be better than nirnhoned + weapon damage glyph?

problem with wep power glyph is it must proc and doesn't show on your stats even with infused, which is why earlier i said infused on jewelry (with wep/spell dmg) so a golded out ring for example gives 174 dmg (which you can see on stats) and then infused makes it 278 more power, just on one piece of jewelry. multiply that x3 and you're over 800 more wep dmg, and allows you to throw an elemental proc on your weapons.
don't forget about crit chance, not something to skimp on so find a way to get it, either through armor, mundus, or passives.

I like this idea. Right now I'm using 3 piece set of Agility for a stamina based character.
I use a Sharpened Maul and an Infused Bow. The Bow has a Weapon Power Glyph which I can activate and switch to my Maul to benefit from the Armor penetration and higher weapon power values of the Twohander. Yes the Weapon Power Glyph WILL show its added bonus to your character sheet when you activate it in combat and the glyphs value is increased/cooldown reduced by Infused trait. Don't get fooled by misinformation. It also benefits from any Minor/Major Brutality/Sorcery buffs that you have.

Note: Infused Weapon Power Glyph has a 100% uptime as long as you swap to your weapon and reactivate it. You can even use a weapon skill that deals direct damage and activate it without swapping back if the need arrises.

just go main bar dual daggers nirnhoned + charged (fire + poison glyph)
second bar fire staff/bow infused with weapon glyph, for staff use fire wall to uptime glyph, for bow use endless hail
dont use maces/swords/daggers and sharpened in pve
for jewelry only bloodthirsty
