Unable to load game

Hey every one , I can't load my game anymore , I get constant unable to load skin , I thought they already solved this problem , but the did't'.
So I remove the game from my pc and move on to other games that worked perfectly.
And I am not send in a good review about this game.

The servers have an issue right now. See, when you log in after a while or log in for the firs time, the game needs to move and create data on the server side.

Unfortunately for you and anyone else with the problem you are having, the game cannot do it because the server is running like ass.

So what happens is that you either get a stuck loading screen, or if you data already exists this happens instead:

The only solution is to wait until the servers are NOT populated to try again, but if you have the unlucky opportunity and misfortune to have your account "locked" (no better way to phrase it) by the server then you must wait until after server maint to try

Oh yeah, and ZOS skipped server maint for two weeks and was going to do it for a third week while the server guys went on vacation. Don't worry, they will take servers down on Wednesday. Ain't that great? You paid for a service and can't use it until they FEEL like fixing problems with it!

I have the same issue. If i want to start the game -> "unable to load skin" .... so annoying! I tried a lot, but nothing works...
