Is there a setting to apply every game setting accountwide?

I'm not talking about mods because I know they have this option. I'm talking about everything else. I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate to spend one hour in the settings when I create another character. Been playing since 2015 and still haven't seen any option to have settings to apply accountwide. It's really annoying to do this as the UI is always fubar and the chat is full of russian crown scammers spamming the chat when I create another character. I wish there was an option to make those settings accountwide.

There is a Mod called "Account Settings" that does exactly what you're looking for. You should also get the Addon "AdBlock Plus" to block all ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ from chat.
