I actually use a set that summons a Daedroth for 15 seconds, and as soon as it expires I can summon a new one
Warden. You need to own the Morrowind chapter to access it.
There are several classes that can summon pets:
Sorcerer can summon 2 Daedras that follows you around, and a Storm Atronach as an ult.
Warden have a skill line focused on using animals to attack like a Bear that follows you around, Cliff Racer diving toward your enemy, or sending swarm of Fetcherflies as a DoT.
Necromancer can summon skeletons, one is a temporary pet and one is a skeleton that lunge to your enemies and explodes.
Additionaly, some gear sets have pet summon as the set effect, like a Daedroth that spits fire as mentioned above.
Sorcerer is a base game class, while Warden and Necro is a DLC class that you can buy from in game store with Crowns. They're on discount atm.
