Launcher won't open
When I click on the icon on my desktop to open the launcher, I get an error message that read's "ABORT: Unable to init sensapi.dll (.\socket.c/2943)". I run on Windows 8.1 and I can't figure out what is wrong.

Yeah, that didn't work either. It's not going through Steam at all, and I got the launcher from the ESO site, so it may just be an issue with Windows. I'll see if I can't figure something out. Thanks anyway

As far as I know, you should be able to, so long as you are downloading through Steam

as long as you use the cdkey on a account you can play even if you dont download it through steam

its just your buying a cd key over steam
