you cant sell them at the regular shop in the thieves refuge you need to talk to the guy that has the dialogue choice "fence"
Stolen motifs, recipes and other consumables must also be laundered before they can be traded or listed on guild stores.
2 options
1: sell the items to the fence
2: launder the items through the fence (the daily launder quota differs from daily fencing quota), and then sell them at a regular merchant.
Either way you will get gold for all items with a non-zero gold value. If you launder an item through the fence, you will also be able to trade it to other players.
Thats not true. Stolen armour can be sold at a fence. If it says take it is asigned no value. It has to say steal in red to be worth something.
There is no point in laundering to then sell as it cost the same to launder the items as what you can sell them for
The outlaw refugee's, ask in zone chat and someone will tell you
Every starter main city has one. Glenumbra, auridon, stonefalls plus others.
