ESO login/emails not working anymore

Hi,

I have 3 eso accounts. Only the steam account is still working. The other two accounts use the ZOS account/launcher directly. I tried to log in with them and was suddenly asked to verify my identity with some codes ZOS will send me per email- the problem is: no emails/codes arrive.

I tried several times. I have access to all my email-accounts. I get ZOS-emails for contacting the online support, just no emails with the code itself...

According to the guild-discord channels I am not the only one with this problem.

It's funny , all the issues you are talking about have been happening to people for months and ZOS didn't give a damn. Now that it is widespread, will they care now? I wonder.

This is beyond idiotic. The support finally answered and told me that I should change my Email-address.... I get constantly new Emails for that support-ticket, just not the code to unlock my account that ZOS blocked for no reason....

My second account doesn´t even have the option to change the Email-address since the login on their website is also not working.

What kind of company is this ? I want access to the products I paid for. They fail to give me that- because their system seemingly has major flaws or data was lost

If you only can access your steam acct, then that means you only have one ESO account, not 3 as you claim.

No, it means I only use the steam-launcher with one account and the regular ZOS-launcher with the others ;)
Steam accounts are limited to one ESO-account, while the ZOS-launcher is not. Making switching accounts way faster.
Many players do not use steam since they are afraid to lose access to ESO if Steam is not available- which is btw bs

What would even be the point of lying about the number of accounts ?? I am confused

Many jesters that want to defend the game no matter what like to question everything. Everything except ZOS. Don't worry, typically after maint your account and this issue should be resolved.

If not, then login issue won't just be affecting you and they will have to take down the server again anyway.

ZOS is simply incompetent and appears to have no server side tools to fix anything , except issues with the crown store. \

It's wild for a game that's been out for 10 years. Less ability to fix issues than F2P games? Just wow. But it's not surprising if a game is in maintenance mode...

I think of games more like black desert when i think of ones in maintenance mode. eso seems to be thriving.
