won't send confirmation email
Would love to play. Can't play until I activate my account. No verification emails have come through. Multiple attempts and yes I checked spam etc...nothin'.

Mine didn't come until around 7 hours after I requested it, this was to regain access to my existing account. Though I also contacted support, so either it was late, or support was the reason I got one.

Hopefully this'll get resolved for you soon.

Yes, I also had to send a ticket to support and explain my situation. They responded with the following statement...

"I understand you are not able to log in. Please note there was an issue with the systems not sending emails. This has since been resolved. Please try and log in again and see if the issue persists. Let us know the results and we will investigate further."

Unfortunately, I have 2 accounts and recovered my ALT account, lol. When I tried to get my main account recovered, I ran into the same problem. No email going to that email address. I don't know what is going on, but for now, it seems you HAVE to send in a ticket in order your email address to gain access to what it should already have access to.
