Branching quests and choices
Thinking of returning but I'd like to know how frequently you encounter quests with choices in the current state of the game(expansions included)? I've played the base game in the past and remember only a few rare quests having actual choices. Even if they aren't impactful, I do still appreciate them.

Very few quests in ESO have decisions w an impact or a difference. I can't recall any w a difference in reward for taking decisions (but there may be about 1-2 in the entire game besides a side quest at Gratwood w 3 options, and the reward--a blessing--only affects you inside Gratwood). Mostly the difference is in who likes you and who hates you between 2 racial factions.

Also, If you have the passives for conversations from Fighters and/or Mages guild, you can skip a miscellaneous part of very few quests when selecting the extra option of intimidate/persuade whether available.

That's all I remember so far. Hope is useful for you.

It depends on where you take the quests. Usually quest hubs will have choices.

I started game doing quests in Vvanderfell and there was some quests with "choices" only I remember was about lizard mage which was slave before and she was supposted to help her love another lizard-slave, but the longer she was mage the more she become like her masters, at end you could decide if she is freeing her love and never see him again or keep him as slave by her side.

Quest choices that affect how npc factions treat you sounds great! Though it's a shame these choice featured quests are as rare as you say. The speech skills do sound interesting as well, though it's not quite what I'm after. From what I've seen they lead you down the same path rather than opening a new one.

This sounds really cool and is exactly the kind of quest I'd like to see them include more of if possible.
