Ah, so neither is right? Either way I've got a way to go before that becomes viable on a basically "fun"build. :)
Thanks for the help.
The tooltip ingame also gives the hint now, that it scales off your max weapon/spelldamage. It was pretty much meta in PvP to run full tank build with those procs. So they have balanced it now and you need to play kind of full damage to make use of those sets again.
"Fun build" works probably on a magblade there ^^
https://eso-sets.com/set/elemental-succession (MA)
https://eso-sets.com/set/wrath-of-elements or https://eso-sets.com/set/crushing-wall (WE back-bar, lightning, infused, with weapon damage glyph)
jewelry 2 bloodthirsty 1 infused spell damage glyphs
not exactly ice and quite grind-y, may be won't be so bad if succession procs actually from all.
or jump on pts (download required) and test different sets - max lvl template character...
Edit: if to as - it has to ice to procs
thank you so much. That's really helpful :)
NOT a guide. more note to self for when i find time to for my magden.
furnace: weapons + jewelry(1 infused +2 bloodthirsty, spell damage), succession: armor, ilambris: head + shoulder.
front bar: furnace - precise(nirnhoned?), lightning, with restore magica(shock?);
backbar(again furnace): frost, infused with weapon damage glyph;
ilambris - triggers from medium or heavy attack front bar staff: head - heavy, shoulders - light.
FB: screaming cliff racer(+light attack**), arctic blast*, winter's revenge*, deep fissure, lotus bloom.
BB: ice fortress, unstable wall of elements*(+LA**), enchanted growth, fetcher infection, blue betty.
And Bear, because i'm lazy to chose proper ulti. And what warden will be without annoying bear?...
(skill bars need more work, but works for fast mess)
*furnace triggers
**this are must use other LA between skills are recommended but not strictly necessary.
Did you keep the bear? It's useful and has reasonable execute, but I was thinking more Ice Comet and Permafrost for dot and shield. Wondering whether bear utility outweighs the other Ultimate DPS and DOT
Edit: Can always go on dummy to find out. Just interested in your opinion.
