DLC not included TESO Collection: High Isle Collector's Edition LTO

I purchased The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: High Isle Collector's Edition LTO in Steam which includes: The Elder Scrolls Online Base Game, High Isle, Blackwood, Greymoor, Elsweyr, Summerset, and Morrowind Chapters and all digital collector's editions of those expansions; I have all correctly except The Elder Scrolls Online - Blackwood Collector's Edition. Does anyone else have this problem?

The 'Collection' versions of the game do not include the "Collectors Edition" content.

The Blackwood Collection is the $20 package.

The "Blackwood Collectors Edition" package is the $26 package.

I bought The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: High Isle Collector's Edition LTO and the description said "CE items from all previous chapters". And I have received the Collector Edition DLC for all previous chapters (Greymoor, Elsweyr, Summerset, and Morrowind) but the Blackwood CE DLC is missing.

Checked the Zenimax ESO store and the Blackwood CE items should for sure be included. If they are not in your inventory and collections then it is not a Steam issue, it is a Zenimax issue.

You will need to contact Zenimax ESO support and explain about the missing items from your purchase.

in the steam APP (programm) is not possble to by The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: High Isle Collector's Edition LTO, only The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: High Isle LTO.

but if i go to my account IN the browser- i can buy the Collector's Edition.

i have not buy the game - becouse i dont sure that i get the Collector's Edition in game. and you my friend have exactly the problen that i think could be have i.


have you decide the issue with support ? have they help you ?
