Download stuck at 0.0kb/s

Got the game last night, downloaded it on Steam and finished downloading it.. Took about 16 hours to download.
Launched the game but had to update it.
5 hours into the Laucher Update and was at 88% the download got stuck and showed that
I was "Downloading" with 0.0kb/s and the percentage did not move.
I was stuck.
Had to close it and now restarting it again.... any idea why this is happening? and how can I fix this?
Currently at 1% now .... (yay life's great, definately worth the buy -.-)

keep calm, u dont lose ur progress... u will download only rest and percentage is for rest only. (life looks a Big Kid that trick us)

about 0.0 kbps, it can be mainly 3 things
1- test ur connection (maybe happens, better hv warranty)
2- this is depend from servers, u will download from server that keep u with 25 mbps , but another time will download with 7 kbps (real its happen) obs1: I think that work with P2P, so will be fast sometimes and slow sometimes
3- ocorred error with ur connection, server, launcher or u restart launcher... it will verify files, will show to u with 0.0 kbps

u can try too... change local server, u hv 2 opcions, change it and change back, works to me sometimes....

Obs2: I spend 6-7 hours to download the game, but take around 30 hours to "update" (around 35 GB) 20 gb in 23 hours and (when I restart pc) 15gb in 7 hours
