Suspended for 72 hours

I got suspended for 72 hours. To make it quick: I had friends over, left the pc allone for a couple of minutes and later that day i got kicked out and I couldnt back log in because i was suspended for verbal abuse against other members.(In their defense: they are complete league of legends morons where such behaviour is never really punished and did not really had the intention to ban me.) Anyways.... First I thought that my account was highjacked, because i got the error code 306 when i got kicked out. I googeld the error code and found out what it usualy means, it means that another pc is logging into my account while i am active. I paniked a little bit, changed all my passwords on any given accounts and contacted the support, because i thought that my account was getting hijacked. (They could at least send you a e-mail when your account is getting suspended) After i contacted the support, i got a very fast answer. They told me that specialist are now taking on my problem and that i am in good hands and that they will contact me as soon as possible. The same day i got a e-mail which says that my account was not hacked but suspended for 72 hours because of verbal abuse and they sent me the chatlog. At this point i was starting to put the puzzle pieces together and had a little backtalk to my friends and well... i was angry as ♥♥♥♥. But that to the story. My current problem is, that my suspension began at the 13.08.2015 about 23:50. Today (17.08.2015) I am still not able to log into my account. I allready tried to contact the support, but now answer so far. Does anyone had a similar situation with their suspension time? If yes can you tell me what else i can do, except contacting the support? I am still a puppy in esotu and could play 3 days before i got suspended.... A anwer would be nice

Seems as if you still havent learned your lesson about verbally abusing other members. Good luck getting the suspension lifted with that attitude. ESO has a great friendly community of players and the less douches the better. Seems like support made the right call in this case. Hailey gave you the correct advice that even Zenimax people on the forums will give you, at least he took the time to respond to you.

No-one could win a reading competition if they had to read the wall of text you have writen in your OP, try using paragraphs and your wall of dribble will be easier to follow

,,I allready tried to contact the support, but now answer so far" i am one of the friendliest persons you could possibly find on the internet, if you are not a completly unqualified person. As you can see i allready wrote this in my original post. You did not read either, but please, stop acting like i hurt his feelings or like you did anything here, except dangerous half knowldge hate spreading with a completle overreaction on your side. This is a perfect example how easily hate is created with unenlighted persons

Dude, I remember to be a flamer on The Elder Scrolls Online during few battlegrounds and some dungeons in vet when people become toxic, and I never was banned.

You need to be an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to get a suspension in TESO.
