my map is not working

I downloaded the latest patch. Started the game and my map does not work. I disabled the add-ons. I unistalled the game and reinstalled the game. I do not know what else to do.

What exactly is wrong with your map because I've been having some issues with my map as well. I just assumed it was because of my AUI Addon

I get the some of the symbols and everything is blank. I think it might be that zone because the map works on my other characters.

If this happening in Grahtwood while you are in or near Eldenroot, (the big tree city) then that is intended. If this is happening in a place other than Grahtwood near Eldenroot then I would send a support ticket to ESO support to explain the issue.

My issue has more to with addons. Skyshards and lore book symbols appearing on the AUI mini map when there are none. I pretty sure its a overlay issue and can solved by simply typing /reloadui in chat.

I've only had this happen on Betnikh when the map gets closer when you're in the settlement in the middle. The entire map of the island works just fine.

Otherwise I've never had this anywhere else.
