Upgrade to Imperial Edition
I already have the "normal" version that a friend gave to me, there is no way to buy a "upgrade" to my normal version to get the Imperial Edition?

It's in the Crown Store and should not be confused with Imperial City DLC. Imp City and Imperial Upgrade are two very different things. It cost 2100 crowns which equates to about $20.00 CAD. Here's the catch though, you can't buy just 2100 crowns. The packs come in 750, 1500, 3000, and 5500. Crowns are currently on sale until Nov 30th so get them now if you plan to do this.

BEST VALUE = 180 day ESOplus membership for $95.94 canadian, gives you 9,000 crowns, acess to all dlc's while you are member-i personally just buy the dlc's to own outright, and you can buy the IMPERIAL EDITION too through crown store. You also get 10% more XP gained, 10% more IP and 10% more gold.

So, they removed the Upgrade DLC from Steam? That is sad. :C
Dollar is pretty expensive right now here in Brazil.
The same price that 3000 Crowns will cost, I could buy the Imperial Edition directly on this Steam Sale.

You have to start a new Imperial character, go to character creation and use the Imperial race, it sit just below the other 9 races

I know, you can buy the Imperial Edition on Steam, but before you could just buy an Upgrade DLC if you already have the normal version.

It is on the Steam DB, but it isn't on the Store anymore, at least for me.

Upgrades are bought in-game using ESO currency. (Crowns)
