Why Can´t I buy DLC (Imperial City or Orsinium) on steam?
I buyed the standard version of the game 1 month ago cause was told me the Imperial City dlc was mean to Veteran Players. Now that I´m enjoying the game and have almost reached the end game I can´t order the DLC by steam. The insue is If I buy the DLC on the official site I don´t have the BRL currency option and the $25 USD currency is too expensive.

I paid R$ 80 BRL/Dilma for the basic game (~ 21 USD/Obama).
The DLC on steam should cost 35 BRL/Dilma (~ $9 USD/Obama)

But the $25 USD DLC on official site would cost R$ 95 BRL !! It´s not fair that my only option is to pay more money on DLC than what I paid for the entire game.

You can't buy the dlc on the official site either. You can only buy dlc or game upgrades from the in-game Crown Store. In other words, you need to buy crowns. You can purchase Crowns from the Official Site which will redirect you to Xsolla which uses Steam Wallet to finalize purchases. Then, from the in-game store, you can purchase the dlc.

ingame press "," and buy enough crowns to get DLC

3k Crowns should cost you, 88.82BRL's if they're doing current exchange rate.

Yes, that´s the problem. Yes when I said "Buying on site" I was meaning buy using the Zenimaxx methods which means USD only ($25). With Steam location the final price is reduced cause they fix the BRL value. Well, I guess I will have to stop play ESO as I can´t afford to buy the DLC. R$ 90 BRL is the value of a entire brand new game here. Ex: Farcry 4, The Witcher 3, ...

After doing a little research I can see what you are saying. Although I agree, that it sucks, there is nothing you can do about it. Quit if you don't want to pay the asking price but if you actually enjoy the game and want to play then suck it up and buy the crowns. Complaining on the Steam forums is not gonna get you anywhere.

I kinda see where you're coming from but still I think it's still a bargin. Where Witcher 3 for me is £49.99 so I don't mind throwing £14.99 at the game to get 3k crowns.

If you want to play a Singleplayer Game then buy Eso and play it without any DLC or whatever and focus on the Story. Otherwise its an MMO what normally charges you for a Monthly fee whats mainly 15$, what also gives you 1500 Crowsn per Month and full DLC Access. You cant compare a Singleplayer Game with MMOs, the first thing you should do before you buy a Game is check the type of Game. Except this stupid F2P Games, MMOs will alwas cost more Money as any other Game and thats the way it should be.

I own enough Crowns because of the 1 Year+ open Membership i still have left what i mainly got through Gamecards i bought with an offer what gave me 2 Years for 150$. So you can look out for cheap Gamecards what give you the Membership and Crowns. I dont mind the few Bucks for the Crowns aswell but i always prefer buying the Membership before Crowns.
