Even if you get kicked later, it's worth it. I've been away from the game for months and got kicked from both of my guilds but it was worth joining them. You make tons of money from them.
There is no other way of selling items, other than advertising on zone chat which is lame if you have lots of things to sell
Maybe this is the problem? I guess this was a typo.
Just join a trading guild. Log in, spend some time near the undaunted and check the guild commercials. There are some specialized in getting people to learn the trade and have the only requirement to trade.
If you are posting in chat and nobody jumps on it, your prices are too high or your products are not interesting. Gear that drops for example is not very interesting.
Avoid Tamriel Trade Center, imo. You are letting others drive the market by using it. Do some basic research (stop being lazy) and make your own market. This lazy mod simply allows the bigger traders to set the market where they want it and the lemmings follow suit.
You can find some low requirement trading guilds in guild finder. Some even have no dues currently. When you look up guilds be sure not only to look at their requirements but also look at their stall location.
Once you are in, try to get a feel for the guild. You don't just have the macro world economy but you also have a micro economy in the guild itself. You can use that. If you don't want to deal with all the up and down price war BS, you can sell at a lower prices to people who spend all their time trading and they can turn around and sell at higher prices at their own pace (high volume trading). Once your character is more established, and you have plenty of blueberry money, you can then try your hand at being a full time trader (with all the annoyances that come with it).
No they don't. I set my prices. My furniture sells. I don't list anything being sold by another Guildie. Take you're personal insults and bugger off. I took the personal liberty of biocking you're arse so you don't bother me with this poorly written drivel again.
Don't join one that requires more than 10k a week for their lottery. You will make scads more gold in sales than the weekly cost. And if you win one of the lottery prizes will more than cover many weeks.
Also, use the full TTC (Tamerial Trade Center) setup so your stuff gets posted onto the TTC website. :)
Good Luck!
Good thing about TTC is you can get a realistic view of what others are asking. And you can sort by price so as to weed out the low-ball fake ones. :)
Ouch! Ya. But, TTC is actually a website and that is where you search for the prices of stuff. And for the locations to buy the items. ;)
What you cannot do is integrate the TTC addon. But can still use the website. No account needed.
that's the neat part,
you don't.
ROFL. Triggered much? You sound like a World of Warcraft barrens chat clown.
