How do I make the launcher bigger?

I was using a TV as a monitor for a long time. It burned out after many years of faithful service, and instead of buying a new one I decided to try a much bigger TV i inherited but had little use for up to this point.

It works but like I said...it's much bigger and now my launcher is super small and I can't figure out how to correctly rescale it.

Once in the game everything is fine. It seems to have intuitively rescaled to the new screen size. But the launcher is so small it could fit in my hand now.

Edit: Correction - While my character appear properly scaled my chat box is also way smaller now. I tried adjusting the normal size scale up but it made my character proportions stretch out a bit. Is there an option to also increase just the chat window size?

Edit: Found the option to do it in-game as far as my chat box and inventory windows go. It was hard to see due to being both small AF and greyed out. but I jsut dont see a similar option on the launcher

upper right on launcher there is close, minimize, settings wheel, an person head. last one is for launcher size...
although you may want to check first your windows scaling settings, and may be videocard output resolution and refresh rate (google by windows version and gpu model)
