Change color of spell?

So they said you could change the look and color of spells in the update. And it made it seem like you could choose any color you wanted but it seems like you can only change it to one color that is pre-selected for you and it is only for a very few specific spells. Or is there a way to change the color of spells that im missing?

what you see is what you get, i rather complain that customiseable skills are all stuck behind VERY boring quests and then even more nonsense grind to unlock 1 possible book
