Is there a way to contact support for ESO?
Is there a direct number, or email I can call/write to in order to get help?

My situation:
I played beta, so have an account using my email address. Just bought ESO the other day.
I don't seem to get any emails from their system.

So I do:
1) Log in with game, login error (reading says you get this if you haven't tied the bought version to your account).
2) Log in at account.elderscrollsonline.com, gives me a popup saying this is a new browser/device, so enter a code sent via email.
3) Never get email.
4) Login to my email server, checking logs, bethesda NEVER even connects to my server. (email is working perfectly fine for everyone else in the world)
5) Attempt to resend email multiple times, paying very close attention to email server logs. Never get a connection.
5) Goto help.elderscrollsonline.com, a circle of FAQ hell trying to find how to contact them.
6) Attempt to use their account suspended/compromised form, as it's the only 'contact' form I can find that doesn't require logging in.
7) Wait while I receive no response (coming up on 2 days).
8) Attempt to go to their forum to maybe post something to get the attention of support. Find out that the forum seems to use a different login system so maybe it will work.
9) Trying to register for forums just repeatively tells me "Invitation not found."
10) Googling about finds http://bethsoft.com/contact that specifically gives 844-936-4629 for ESO questions.
11) Calling number just gives a message that says this is the old support number and to visit help.elderscrollsonline.com which will just start the circle of non-support again.

So, is there actually a way to contact ESO support that doesn't invole deadlocking with their system requiring you to log in, but you can't log in because their verify system won't let you, and won't send an email?

I vaugely remember running into a similar issue during beta, but the phone number must have worked back then.

That phone actually works?
Or you just copy paste info from the website?

did more than you have, maybe you could do your own research next time....it's not ♥♥♥♥-ing rocket science, go google Zenimax Studios and look for the physical address and contact info.
are you really that helpless?

Same thing happened to me also. It was a pain in the dink but I did finally get the e-mail code. Keep your e-mail page open while trying to log in. I kept getting the log in error but I just kept typing it in over and over and then I finally got the code in my e-mail and managed to enter it and then all was good. Took several hours of repitition but I finally got in.

Not a wonderful solution but that is the way I finally got it all worked out

Calling the phone number above no longer works. It simply tells you to go to the website. Worst service ever.

there is a "sign in with steam" option in the lower righthand corner of the screen. it's not very easy to spot, but it should help you solve your problems.

Obviously, people did more than YOU did before you even posted that; it was already stated before you said this that the number you gave - drum roll please - is no longer in service! Try actually reading peoples posts of what's already been tried and didn't work before spewing out wrong info and then acting like a condescending ♥♥♥♥.

Has ANYONE found a working phone number for these people yet? I can't access the forums; in the whole time that I've had the game, I've never been sent the "invitation code" despite the fact I've requested it through their system repeatedly over several months. Why the hell is their forum still a separate login from the rest of the website account? This is utter bullsh*t.

If this helps anyone, be sure to not have a password longer than 20 characters. It's working for the game and main website but if you try to log to support page with a longer password you can't and it's not telling you why. So, 20 characters max password.

we could always form a mob outside their office. I think this should be done to get them to actually do their jobs for once
