Arcanist Class.
If I buy a sub, can I play him? And if my sub runs out, still can, or need to buy him?

Arcanist is included in the Necrom chapter.
Arcanise is not include in ESO+

So if I buy the Necrom bundle, I will get the class right? no need to buy it invidiually?

with the crowns you get from the sub you can buy the class for 1500 crowns

I you buy Necrom chapter in steam store (as a part of Necrom/Gold Road Collection or as Necrom Upgrade), you will get arcanist class and (as i know) 1 character slot. If you buy Necrom dlc in the ingame crown store, you will get only Necrom.
