Bought Furniture but cannot find it - RESOLVED

This may be just noob-ish ignorance, but I bought furniture with crowns, but now I cannot find it anywhere. It isn't in my inventory nor is it listed as craftable at a work-station. I've restarted my computer and uninstalled and re-installed the game to no avail.
Thoughts?

Thanks for the reply, but I already checked there and nothing. I guess I'll try the impossible task of contacting customer support AND lesson learned about giving ESO any more of my money in the future.

Three of the packs from the crown store. The really basic ones to spruce up the new house we just got for the May log-in bonus.

Ah, yes that is unfortunate, they should be in your inventory, looks like ticket time, there is a category for " did not get item". (Or do you have unopened boxes in your inventory?)
If you buy those, you get the furniture items, not plans. Could have been though they are special ones, those are in the collections. If you are on EU let me know if you need something crafted. ^^

Thanks...much appreciated; both the response and the kind offer!
I'll submit a ticket and grind it out otherwise. Lesson learned, eh? Luckily, I'm not someone who has to save up for these purchases. Those are the people that really get hurt by this, and why it upsets me. By gaming terms, I'm an old dude (57 yrs) and my wife and I don't have kids and are both employed, so I have more than enough disposable income to shrug this off as a lesson. It's the principle of it more than anything.
