Both. Modded skyrim is insane. But TESO is really really good, even as a solo game. As a vanilla game I'd definitely pick ESO over Skyrim. However, prepare to pay lots of cash if you want a good house, a good mount, anything that isn't quests basically. They even lock some dungeons behind a paywall despite paying lots of money for expansions, which kind of sucks. Markarth for example, must be bought separately from the main Skyrim DLC.

none of those things are good in skyrim and you dont need to lock on target at all.
skyrim has rag doll joke physics, and the animations look like their clipping though time just when you walk and bunny hop all over the map. and its not outsourced....time to wipe off those rose stained glasses to reveal something slightly more tan.

If you mod it, Skyrim is the best. Takes a lot of work to do it using Mod organizer but well worth it. Never tried Nexus Mod manager.
