Hey all, I downloaded eso since it was on sale along with 1 months eso+. When I logged in I created my arcanist and went through the tutorial, when I get to the portal room only bleakrock isle is available, every other portal is chained off, I also didn't get my 1600 crowns. It says my eso+ is active in game and on the eso website, I have linked my account to steam. The bundle says it includes necrom and all previous chapters plus eso+ should give me access to some stuff. Any ideas? I've relogged and still the same!

That happens on your first toon i learned, so you get a better guidance not not be confused with all choices, just use the portal, then discover your first wayshrine, from there you should be able to port to anywhere.
For the crowns, if they're not there, give it another day, and then send a ticket.

Aw that's just a wee bit annoying, I've played loads on ps5 😂
