Unable to use mouse for initial setup

Hello, everyone. I was wondering if anyone else has this issue. I am trying to come back to ESO after a while, but at the initial launch, I am unable to select anything with my mouse. I can select Accessibility mode, and manage with a keyboard, but changing it back to no Accessibility mode does nothing. I am playing on MacOS. I have tried with the common resolution fixes, deleting settings.txt file, but no luck.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
