Torc of the last Ayleid king

Hi,

Is it normal that Torc of the last Ayleid king don't work in NO-CP, NO-PROC campaign?
I get neither the regeneration nor the attack bonus. don't think is a proc set.
Another think that I'll like to be fixed is elemental susceptibility removing you from sneak every 7 sec when the status effects apply
I get this errors (in my opinion) on the EU server.

Torc is not working in Ravenwatch.

yes, bc one morph deals dmg each 8 seconds, it changes from the 3 available elements

But hunting curse I don't remember getting me out of sneak, and damage over time certainly not. So I don't think that the damage is the problem. Because of the status effect? I guess that the problem is the animation that is done when status effect proc, I'll try to find someone to attack me with a charged weapon and if that status effect proc remove me from sneak or not
One of this on you and can forget to hide, even if you cleanse it another will target you in no time

I detected more gankers with talons, then with flare. DoTs are superior way to keep gankers visible.
