game requires you to play with friends/guildmates/other people in trials (or dungeons)
You can do most Base Dungeons Solo as long they don't have special mechanic like pressure plates where you need two player to stand on to open a door to enter next stage etc. DLC dungeons (you can either purchase DLC in Crown Store or just get ESO+ sub which will give you access to DLC dungeons that you have access from up to the highest/latest chapter that are on your account).
I would still recommend to join any Guild for trading as you will not be able to sell items only purchase from Guild Stores.
Don't be afraid to ask for help in Zone chat and join other people for harder over world content like World Bosses.
If you want solo challenges and arenas, it’s got that.
Very solo friendly game 98 % of this game is and can be solo played.
Enjoy a relaxing solo experience. Play how you wish. Lot's of content and community is not overbearing. You will only get overwhelmed if you take on too many quests at once. This is a beautiful game, great music also.
