Super slow download speed

I have 300MB fibre optic broadband and the launcher is downloading at 400kbps. Launcher is set to unlimited and ports zenimax recommends opened are opened. Been sat at 13% on this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ launcher for the past 3 hours.

Maybe you should do a speed test of your ISP and tracert/pingplot to known server addresses.

I just had the same problem. Ive downloaded it for 3 days but now i am at 95% so i guess today i have some luck ;). I think its a large game. My tips: Game other games or watch YT or Netflix to let the download download it takes some time :)

It shouldn't stop progress for no reason. If your internet is fine make sure that you aren't downloading the PTS at the same time, make sure to disable other download (including antivirus updates, etc) and so forth. If it continues you could check your firewall but if it's even making any progress I can't imagine that's the issue. GL man, hope you get it working!
