No Gold Road for ESO+?

So is Gold Road not available for ESO+ members? I'm not sure if this is a dumb question - it very well might be. But I figured it would be available for +.

Eso+ give you access to everything except the last expansion, so no gold road but yes necrom and so one, in the next expansion, if you don't buy gold road you will have access to it.

If you have ESO+ You got last years expansion for free. Next year when the new expansion comes out you will get Gold Road but not whatever that new expansion is.
