Why not bother with it? Too much hassle with the bombardment of inventory items? [/quote]
Yes crafting is a big part of the game for many players.

Right. Which is why ESO chintzing players on crafting bag while exponentially exaggerating number of mats really makes the game more of a burden than fun without ESO+ subscription. I know, I played it a few years back and it just got so boring handling all the inventory. And I'm not willing to pay 180 Euros a year for a game Crafting Bag.
It really is corporate greed at its worst.
OR
Add a Season Pass or something. I don't see my self buying loot boxes and paying the subscription. I rather just get a Season Pass with the crafting material bag, log-in, do something and unlock stuff time to time.
I agree on the lifetime crafting bag.
I would be willing to buy it to make the game reasonable. And I'd probably buy content and expansions from there. But I won't pay 180 a year for a bag sorry :(
i dont even notice it.
You could buy 3 AAA games for the price of ESO+ for one year. And you'd certainly get a lot more variety out of 3 games than out of one.
And sure you say 15 dollars but this payment model is subscription, in other words the health club model. Health clubs know that people forget about subscriptions so it's a way to take more money from them for something they don't use. This is why health clubs double and triple over-book sales relative to capacity.
Many people will end up wasting several hundred dollars before finally cancelling their subscription that they never use anymore. Corporations know this, hence the big trend in recent years to move everything to subscription model. Not generally good for people, but always good for corporate profits and stock share prices.
And if the content was restricted instead of janking the game play, you'd probably keep your subscription anyway. And considering who the head of Zenimax is, I don't think you have to worry about the billionaires making enough money!
Totally agreed.
Yeah, right. And yet we did.

adding the fact , even with eso+ sub , players need to buy last dlc xD
to be clear i'm not against sub on mmo , but the way Beteshda market their eso+ sub model
let the crafting beg behind a paywall its the same if they make PVP contents on eso+ , for example only 5 pvp match per week without eso+
